Secondo il WWF, ogni persona al mondo mangia in media 20 kg di pesce all\u2019anno \u2013 quasi il doppio rispetto a 50 anni fa. A causa della domanda crescente, oggi si pesca pi\u00f9 pesce di quanto il mare riesca a produrne.<\/p>\n

Crediamo che il pesce debba continuare ad avere un posto importante nei nostri piatti, ma allo stesso tempo dobbiamo prenderci cura dei nostri mari. Per questo riteniamo che l\u2019allevamento sia necessario per fornire alla popolazione mondiale un alimento sano e ricco di proteine come il pesce. Con \u00c5dal \u00d8rred ci siamo posti l\u2019obiettivo di rendere il pesce fresco e biologico pi\u00f9 accessibile, mantenendo una forma di produzione il pi\u00f9 naturale possibile.<\/p>\n

La trota \u00e8 tradizionale nell\u2019allevamento ittico danese, perch\u00e9 si adatta bene al nostro clima e prospera in acqua dolce.<\/p>\n

La trota e le uova di trota sono al centro dell\u2019allevamento che la nostra famiglia gestisce da oltre 125 anni. Sia l\u2019allevamento che la dedizione sono stati tramandati per quattro generazioni. Su questa esperienza costruiamo \u00c5dal \u00d8rred, un allevamento certificato biologico.<\/p>\n

Attenzione alla qualit\u00e0 alimentare \u2013 naturale e fresca<\/h3>\n

Il cuore del nostro lavoro \u00e8 produrre un prodotto buono e naturale. Puntiamo su freschezza, buon gusto ed elevata qualit\u00e0 nutrizionale. La piena tracciabilit\u00e0 \u00e8 fondamentale nel nostro allevamento certificato biologico. Le trote di \u00c5dal \u00d8rred sono alimentate con mangime biologico ricco di farina e olio di pesce, che contribuisce a un elevato contenuto di omega-3 e omega-6. Non utilizziamo coloranti artificiali e seguiamo linee guida rigorose sui trattamenti farmacologici nel nostro allevamento biologico.<\/span><\/p>\n

Produzione e macello locali \u2013 dall\u2019acqua alla tavola in poco tempo<\/h3>\n

Grazie a un\u2019ampia produzione locale disponiamo di una solida fonte di approvvigionamento locale con buone possibilit\u00e0 di crescita. Possiamo consegnare trote fresche con regolarit\u00e0, cos\u00ec potrai sempre gustare il nostro pesce fresco. Il nostro macello si trova vicinissimo, il che significa tempi di trasporto estremamente brevi. Le trote passano direttamente dall\u2019acqua al macello e in poco tempo un pesce fresco pu\u00f2 essere pronto in tavola.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rispetto per la natura e il clima<\/h3>\n

Poter mantenere una forma di produzione naturale ha avuto un ruolo importante nella nostra decisione di tornare al biologico. Le trote di \u00c5dal \u00d8rred hanno una buona vita, con molto spazio, bassa densit\u00e0 nelle vasche, ossigenazione ottimale e accesso al fondale naturale, per un ambiente il pi\u00f9 naturale possibile.<\/p>\n

Allo stesso tempo abbiamo integrato le considerazioni ambientali nella gestione e abbiamo un piano ambizioso per ridurre il consumo di energia e passare maggiormente alle energie rinnovabili.<\/p>\n

Il nostro impegno per un maggiore benessere animale<\/h3>\n

Poter mantenere una forma di produzione naturale ha avuto un ruolo importante nella nostra decisione di tornare al biologico. Le trote di \u00c5dal \u00d8rred hanno una buona vita, con molto spazio, bassa densit\u00e0 nelle vasche, ossigenazione ottimale e accesso al fondale naturale, perch\u00e9 la vita nel nostro allevamento sia il pi\u00f9 naturale possibile. Tutte queste condizioni sono requisiti dell\u2019allevamento biologico che non esistono per l\u2019allevamento convenzionale.<\/p>\n

Esistono anche requisiti per il benessere dei pesci. Un veterinario ci visita almeno due volte all\u2019anno per i controlli, e ci sono limiti severi all\u2019uso di farmaci.<\/p>\n

La qualit\u00e0 alimentare al centro \u2013 sana e fresca<\/h3>\n

Il prodotto buono e naturale \u00e8 al centro di tutto ci\u00f2 che facciamo. Per noi la carne deve essere fresca, gustosa e ricca di nutrienti sani. Si tratta anche di piena tracciabilit\u00e0, requisito obbligatorio negli allevamenti certificati biologici.<\/p>\n

Le trote di \u00c5dal \u00d8rred ricevono mangime biologico particolarmente ricco di farina e olio di pesce, che garantisce un contenuto particolarmente elevato di omega-3 e omega-6. Non utilizziamo coloranti artificiali e i trattamenti farmacologici sono rigorosamente regolati nell\u2019allevamento biologico.<\/p>\n

Produzione e macello locali \u2013 dall\u2019acqua alla tavola in poco tempo<\/h3>\n

Grazie a un\u2019ampia produzione locale disponiamo di una solida fonte di approvvigionamento locale con buone possibilit\u00e0 di crescita. Possiamo consegnare trote fresche ogni giorno, tutto l\u2019anno. Il nostro macello si trova vicinissimo, il che significa tempi di trasporto estremamente brevi. Le trote passano direttamente dall\u2019acqua al macello e meno di 24 ore dopo un pesce fresco pu\u00f2 essere pronto in tavola.<\/p>\n

Il nostro impegno per un maggiore benessere animale<\/h3>\n

Poter mantenere una forma di produzione naturale ha avuto un ruolo importante nella nostra decisione di tornare al biologico. Le trote di \u00c5dal \u00d8rred hanno una buona vita, con molto spazio, bassa densit\u00e0 nelle vasche, ossigenazione ottimale e accesso al fondale naturale, perch\u00e9 la vita nel nostro allevamento sia il pi\u00f9 naturale possibile. Tutte queste condizioni sono requisiti dell\u2019allevamento biologico che non esistono per l\u2019allevamento convenzionale.<\/p>\n

Esistono anche requisiti per il benessere dei pesci. Un veterinario ci visita almeno due volte all\u2019anno per i controlli, e ci sono limiti severi all\u2019uso di farmaci.<\/p>\n
